German Courses at our language school in Cologne run year round and correspond to the Council of Europe's framework of reference.
Our basic levels consist of three course modules (beginner levels 1 to 3 or A1, A2 and B1).

The beginner levels lead to intermediate levels 1 and 2 (B2 / C1) and are followed by the advanced level (OS only on request). Each course has a total of 160 teaching hours (= 8 weeks intensive course).

Students who have completed level B 1 may take part in an examination at our langiage school in Cologne which corresponds to Zertifikat Deutsch (TELC).

After completing intermediate level 2, you may take an examination corresponding to the ZMP-exam of the Goethe-Institute.

Classes consist of 20 lessons of 45 minutes per week and take place from 10.00 am to 1.30 pm.

You'll always learn in small classes, usually in groups of five to ten students.

Starting dates (except for Beginners) are every Monday. Minimal participation time is 2 weeks. Students with some knowledge of German usually can be accommodated at short notice.

We place a special emphasis on using efficient and creative teaching methods while remaining flexible and open to the wishes and needs of our students.

Therefore, in addition to using the most professional teaching methods, the motto of our qualified teachers is: learning German should be fun!

Small groups, communicative lessons as well as the friendly and pleasant atmosphere at our school will make it a pleasure for you to learn.

>> Course 20h:
Our German Intensive Course with 20 teaching hours per week is running the whole year round at all levels, beginners to advanced. You can reserve a language course for 1 week up to one year.

>> Course 20+5h:
The standard course of 20 lessons per week in small groups, plus an extra 5 private classes a week. Private classes normally take place from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 09.45 h or from 14.15 to 15.00 h.

An intensive German language course aimed at students with time restrictions or who want to deepen their knowledge in a particular area.

>> German Summer Courses
In July and August we offer our general German course as Summer Course with 20 teaching hours per week, more focused on cultural and local themes and combined with lots of fun in a daily and diverse leisure time program.

All Summer and Standard Courses usually take place Monday to Friday, from 10.00 am to 1.30 pm. The max. number of students is 12 (the average is 8).

>> Individual Classes (1-to-1)
You choose the subjects, duration, level and intensity of your German language course. To fully utilise your class time we require you send us your personal objectives before course initiation.
